Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Important: Custom-made, clearance, and final sale items are non-returnable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a defect:

  1. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@careconect.shop
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  3. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance and “Final Sale” items
  • Customized or made-to-order baby product
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts
  • Items returned without prior approval
