✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or washed baby carriers, slings, wraps, or high chairs
  • Feeding items (e.g., bottles, nipples, breast pumps) once opened
  • Personal care or baby grooming products
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items

📦 How to Request a Return

Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Note: Unless the item is defective or sent in error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


📬 Return Shipping & Inspection

  • Please pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • Include your name, order number, and reason for return inside the package.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the status of your refund.

Inspection and processing may take 3–5 business days from the date we receive your return.


💰 Refund Policy

If your return is approved, we will process a full or partial refund (based on the condition of the item) to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  2. Include clear photos of the product and packaging
  3. We will replace the item or issue a full refund — no questions asked and at no cost to you

📌 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it first (if eligible) and place a new order for the correct item.
